Bill Goveia began After the Storm in 2026 with a mission to use theater as a way to heal, transform, and face the storms of life. Goveia began his theater career assisting his daughter in school productions, but soon found the place where he could explore the world in all its complexity. As an artist, Goveia has acted, produced, directed, designed sets, and more. With experience on over 200 productions, he is familiar with both live theater and film. After the Storm was born as a way to explore how theater can help people grieve, recover, and find meaning in the storms of life.
